Terms of service
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of products by the seller, hereafter referred to as violetpetals.shop, to the buyer, hereafter referred to as the Customer.
2. Price
– All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (where applicable), unless specified otherwise.
– Prices shown at checkout include standard shipping charges unless stated otherwise. International duties or additional fees (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.
3. Payment
Payments must be made in Indian Rupees using the available payment gateways.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. At this time, we do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Ownership of Goods
violetpetals.shop retains ownership of all goods until full payment has been received from the customer.
5. Transfer of Risk
Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during the checkout process.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to our dropshipping model and hygiene standards for clothing and footwear, returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Items not matching the product description
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at violetpetals56@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your case.
Returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike, or wrong size ordered are not accepted. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
7. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at violetpetals56@gmail.com. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
8. Responsibility After Delivery
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods after delivery unless caused by our direct negligence.
9. Resale of Goods
Products purchased from violetpetals.shop are for personal use only. Reselling or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Our Responsibilities
We are committed to fulfilling orders and responding to customer concerns in a timely manner. However, we are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, logistics, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control.
11. Non-Transferability of Contract
This contract is personal to the customer and cannot be transferred or assigned to another party without our prior written consent.
12. Our Right to Assign
violetpetals.shop reserves the right to assign or subcontract this agreement or any part of it to another company or service provider.
13. Your Personal Data
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws. Personal data will only be processed for purposes necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
14. Use of Cookies
(A) A cookie is a small text file that websites place on your device to recognize your preferences.
(B) Cookies may be used to:
- Recognize repeat visitors and personalize content
- Help us analyze traffic and usage to improve site performance
(C) We may use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay longer).
