Order Fulfilment

At violetpetals.shop, we work with trusted suppliers and third-party fulfillment partners to ship your orders. Our warehouse partners operate from Monday through Saturday.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after being placed. During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Please note that since we use third-party dropshipping partners, some items in your order may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

In rare cases, an item you ordered may go out of stock with our supplier before the inventory is updated. If that happens, we will notify you promptly and provide you with options including refund, replacement, or shipping the rest of your order without the missing item.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

We want you to love your shopping experience at violetpetals.shop. However, because we operate on a dropshipping model and work with multiple fulfillment partners, we offer returns and exchanges only under specific conditions.

  • Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging, and email us at violetpetals56@gmail.com with your order number. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
  • Wrong size/item received: If we send you the wrong item or size by mistake, please notify us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
  • No returns for personal preferences: Due to the nature of dropshipping and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of style, size not fitting as expected, or change of mind. Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering.

Important: Please do not return items to the sender address on the package. Contact us first to receive return instructions, if applicable.

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely, but shipping delays or damage may occasionally occur. Your cooperation in reporting any issues quickly helps us resolve them faster.
